11th Street Lodging B&B - Reservation and Cancellation Policies
Reservations:
- Reservation are required al least 24 hours in advance
- All reservations must be accompanied by a major
credit
card.
- A deposit may be charged to the credit card to verify information.
- A 10% administration fee may be added to reservations NOT made
over the internet.
Cancellations :
- Any cancellation during a stay will be charged for the
nights
stayed plus one unless notice is givin more than two nights in advance.
Example: canceling the third and fourth nights of a
four
night stay might be charged three nights.
- Same day cancellations will be charged one
night.
- No-shows will be charged one night for a one night reservation or
two nights for a longer reservation.
Cancellations for bookings during July 2-14, 2009:
- All cancellations received more than one month
in advance
will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee.
- All cancellations received less than one month
in advance
will be charged the price of the entire stay.
- Cancellations during a stay will still be charged the
entire
stay.
Rates are non commissionable.
